  डॉ. राधेश्याम बारले छत्तीसगढ़ के ख्याति प्राप्त पंथी नृत्य के नर्तक हैं। उनको देश के प्रतिष्ठित सम्मान 'पद्मश्री' (2021) से सम्मानित किया गया। डॉ. राधेश्याम बारले का जन्म छत्तीसगढ़ के दुर्ग जिले के पाटन तहसील के ग्राम खोला में 9 अक्टूबर 1966 को हुआ। इन्होंने एम.बी.बी.एस. के साथ ही इंदिरा कला संगीत विश्वविद्यालय से लोक संगीत में डिप्लोमा किया है। डॉ. बारले को उनकी कला साधना के लिए इससे पहले भी कई पुरस्कारों से नवाजा जा चुका है। डॉ. राधेश्याम बारले पंथी नृत्य और संगीत के माध्यम से बाबा गुरू घासीदास के संदेशों को देश-दुनिया में प्रचारित और प्रसारित करने में अपना अमूल्य योगदान दिया है। सतनाम पंथ की साधना का नृत्य है पंथी पंथी गीत और नृत्य में सतनाम पंथ के प्रवर्तक बाबा गुरु घासीदास के जीवन और उपदेशों का गायन होता है। इस नृत्य में एक मुख्य नर्तक होता है जो गीत की कड़ी उठाता है। इसे दूसरे नर्तक दोहराते हैं। यह नृत्य धीमी गति से शुरू होता है मांदर की ताल के साथ इसकी गति बढ़ती जाती है। अपने चरम पर यह तेज गति का नृत्य बन जाता है। मांदर और झांझ इस नृत्य के मुख्य वाद्य हैं, नर्तक अपने पैर

  उषा बारले परिचय और पद्मश्री पुरस्कार उषा बारले जो कि महामहिम राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू द्वारा पद्मश्री से सम्मानित की गई हैं वे मूलतः छत्तीसगढ़ की रहने वाली हैं वे पांडवानी गायिका है पंडवानी के क्षेत्र में प्रमुख योगदान देने के लिए उषा बारले जी को पद्मश्री अवार्ड बुधवार, 23 मार्च 2023 को राष्ट्रपति भवन में प्रदान किया गया। ऊषा बारले कापालिक शैली की पंडवानी गायिका हैं. 2 मई 1968 को छत्तीसगढ़ भिलाई शहर में जन्मी उषा बारले ने सात साल की उम्र से ही पंडवानी सीखनी शुरू कर दी थी। बाद में उन्होंने तीजन बाई से इस कला की रंगमंच की बारीकियां भी सीखीं। पंडवानी छत्तीसगढ़ के अलावा न्यूयॉर्क, लंदन, जापान में भी पेश की जा चुकी है. गुरु घासीदास की जीवनी को पंडवानी शैली में सर्वप्रथम प्रस्तुत करने का श्रेय भी उषा बारले को ही जाता है। अपनी कला के उन्हें छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार की तरफ़ से गुरु घासीदास सामाजिक चेतना पुरस्कार दिया गया है। कला के समीक्षकों की मानें, तो उषा का गायन महिलाओं के अधिकारों के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाने पर केंद्रित है. उनका कहना है कि राज्य सरकार को पंडवानी की शिक्षा के लिए स्कूल खोलने चा
